Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks is an American actress best known for her portrayal of Joan Holloway in the seven seasons of the period drama show on AMC Mad Men (2007-2015). The show received wide acclaim from critics in the series and received nominations for six Emmy awards in the category of the most outstanding supporting actress. Through her career of 20 years, she was recognized for her performance in comedy drama Another Period, a crime drama titled Tin Star. Films comprise Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River Neon Demon Strangers - Prey at Night Egg and American Woman. She has also been a voice actor in animated films such as From Up on Poppy Hill Toy Story 4 and Scoob!. At first, she was a model who had a lot of success. In the following years the modeling profession continued up to 1999, when Undressed began her first character on television. The first major role she played was in the comedy drama series Beggars and Choosers following which was also praised for her performance in the hit show Firefly. In 2010, she was named one of the hottest women on the planet and also the Best-Looking Woman in America by Esquire magazine.
